How I wish I can turn back the moments,
If only I have the power but sadly I can’t.
The power to erase all the bad memories,
And leave the joy, fun, and happiness.
How I wish I can be the reason again,
For each smile you make and until then,
Til then I want to turn those into laughter,
To make you feel warmer than sweaters.
How I wish I can see you day by day,
I remember how your stares make me stay.
Stay so deep in love with those twinkling eyes,
Wish I made those shine here in my night skies.
How I wish I can live my dream,
Every night I hug so tight unto my pillow,
You may not be as fluffy as a marshmallow,
‘Cause I miss your hugs but it’s not the same.
How I wish I can make you forgive me,
I know that it’s not easy,
They say that to forgive is to forget,
But how can you be mad if you don’t remember?
How I wish I can make things easy,
I can’t even teach this heart that is silly,
Therefore, you also can’t teach thy brain,
To forgive me for causing you pain.
How I wish I can turn back the time,
Love is valuable but it is only time,
Who can make people value,
And that’s by nature’s law.
How I wish I can hear you saying
That you are also missing
Missing me the way I miss thee
But how can I open something when I have lost the key?
How I wish I can watch your stares,
Stares with I love you’s behind,
Now it is something that I can’t find,
I should have made us a lot stronger and bind.
